研修の帰り、本町の船場女将小路へ！

 

日替わり定食８００円ビックリマーク

 

造り&天ぷらだったので、入ったのですが叫び

 

ご覧の通り、素人みたいな店（苦笑）

 

主人と女将は年季が入っていたけどネベル

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

１９日土曜日はコナミ新大阪にてボディパンプ60＆ボディコンバット45

 

 

パンプ60

 

バックナンバーBP71-1,2,3、BP43-4,5、BP98-6,7､BP96-8,9,10

 

BP98-06 ｢Victorious｣

 

最近の曲をバーでやると危険叫び

 

19.0㎏のバーで超ハードグッ

 

ミッドレンジホールドはいいけどミッドレンジパルス８回は効くえーん

 

しかも休憩なしだもん叫び

 

BP96-08 ｢Addicted To A Memory｣

 

プレートのサイドレイズ、ローテーターレイズはいいけどビックリマーク

 

（プレス４回＋パワープレス４回）×３セット＋パワープレス８回

 

上記の２セットは22.0kgのバーで気合が入りましたグッ

 

 

 

 

 

 

続いてコンバット45

 

先週の木曜日のボディコンバット30とほぼ同じ（苦笑）

スパーマンパンチがあって、最後は連続ジャンプニーグッ

最初から気合入れちゃいました拍手拍手拍手

 

いつも通り、後半から気合入れニコニコ

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

２０日日曜日はコナミ大阪ステーションシティにて

 

ボディパンプ60＆ZUMBA60

 

先々週参加者を見て、試しにZUMBA入ってみました（笑）

 

 

パンプ60

 

新曲BP102と新しい曲のＭＩＸベル

 

どうゆう訳か知りませんが４曲目&８曲目は先々週と同じニコニコ

 

BP70-04 ｢True Believer｣

 

ショルダー（BP102-08 ｢Feel It｣）は

１セット目は 片手に3.5㎏（2.5㎏＋1.0㎏）のプレート２枚グッ

２セット目は 片手に5.0kgのプレート１枚グッ

 

いつものように

スクワットは38.6㎏のバーOK

 

バイセプス（BP97-06 ｢We Don't Run｣）は

１､２セット目は片手に6.0㎏（5.0kg＋1.0㎏）のプレート２枚重ねグッ

３，４セット目は片手に7.5㎏（5.0kg＋2.5㎏）のプレート２枚重ねグッ

 

頑張りましたニコニコ

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

続けてZUMBA60

 

ほぼ１年ぶりのZUMBAベル

 

以前の知ってる曲もあったけど、

 

イントラさんが違うので振り付けが違う叫び

 

結構激しいけど、なんかみんな同じような振り付けかな？

 

今はメガダンスの方がたのしいかなビックリマーク

 

（ZUMBAの方が平均年齢が高い叫び）
