How's your day going?
前回のAndyっち初めての日本旅行では、日が少なすぎたのもあり、会える友人も本当に限られていました。
On Andy's first trip to Japan, we only had 2 weeks and our schedule was super tight. So, we couldn't have enough time to see many of my friends then.
ですが、今回は時間もあるので、できるだけAndyっちにHit-chanがお世話になった友人に会ってもらうようにしています。
Though, we have certain amount of time on this trip so that I can introduce Andy to my friends here.
で、3月7日、Hit-chanを生まれる前から知ってくれている方々に会いに行ってきました。
On March 7th, Andy and I were invited to a party.
今回お家を使わせてくださったAさんの家の最寄り駅で、Mさんと待ち合わせをしました。
The host is A-san and M-san and we met up at the train station nearby A-san's house.
近くの神社の梅が綺麗だという情報をAさんからもらったので、行ってみる事にしました。
A-san let us know that the plum trees at the shrine in the neighborhood are so beautiful now, so M-san and we went there to check it out.
昔はよく来ていた神社です。懐かしー！
I used to visit this shrine a lot.
白い梅、紅い梅
They have both white and pink plum flowers.
見て、綺麗でしょ？
Isn't it beautiful??
地面には花びらが一杯落ちていて、こちらも綺麗。
The colorful petals are dropped on the ground and made it a beautiful view too.
お天気も最高でした。
It was a wonerful day.
懐かしい神社をお参りして、綺麗な梅を堪能した後は、Aさんのお宅へ。。。
After we prayed at the shrine and enjoyed the beautiful plum flowers, we headed to A-san's house.
こんなにご馳走が用意されていました！
She prepared the delicious dishes for us!
AさんとDさんが作ってくれた、ちらし寿司にタイ風サラダ、Hit-chanの母が買ってきてくれたお刺身、MさんがAndyっちの為に手に入れてきてくれたローストビーフなどなど。。。
A-san and D-san made the Sushi and Thai style noodle salad, my mom bought the fresh Sashimi and M-san got the Roast Beef esepecially for Andy.
美味しい京都ワインも開けて、宴開始～！
We opened a bottle of delicious Kyoto wine and toasted!
Aさんは英語が話せるので、途中、Andyっちとも話してくれて助かりました。
A-san can speak English, so it was nice that she could talk to Andy directly.
デザートにはAさん手づくりの抹茶味のムース？パンナコッタ？美味しかったよ！
A-san made this Matcha flavored mousse? or Panna Cottta? Anyways, it's tasty!

皆さんには、母のお友達で、Hit-chanを生まれる前から知っている方々でもあり、今回、不妊治療の経過を報告して、順調な進み具合にすごく喜んでもらえました。
They are actyally my mom's friends and they've known about me even since before I was born. Andy and I let them know that our infertility treatment had been going great and they were so happy to hear that.
いつもブログを読んでくれているDさんには、お土産＆おこづかいまでいただいちゃって、感謝、感謝です。
D-san always reads my blog and cheers me up. She kindly gave us a souvenior and even some money! Thank you so much!
という訳で、日本にもAndyっちとHit-chanの事を応援してくれる人がたくさんいるんだなぁと感じた一日でした。
Like this, this party made me feel that we have people who think of and care about us in Japan.
