his is interesting re food rations, i remember seeing a video documentary about Venezuela, and anyone who did not vote left/communist ie for the leader at the time, did not receive food rations either!
Political party workers went out amongst the people with food bags giving to the party followers, whilst showing blatant, disregard for the starvation of those a few feet away who voted for the right.
Inflation in venezuela was crazy, cafes were empty - except at most two people - prices on the menu changed as people sat eating their food...was almost like a betting-shop bookie, wiping out old price as new 'odds' went up.
Car parts were rare. People could not afford a Taxi anymore, and on and on peoples' lives were shredded to almost nothing. A definite divide between rich and poor, so obvious.
This was only a few years ago. I dread to think how much worse it is now.
My goodness I am sorry to hear of what may have started in Japan, and I have no doubt it is with intent by the cabal, that they are trying to do this is Europe too.
The ordinary people are rising up, of course many of us know how farmers in one country, after the other in Europe are out and protesting and standing for their livliehood, along with the people.
