ゴルデンウークのサッカー観戦の時に
着いてから試合開始まで５時間もありましたので
木の下に座って
前を通り過ぎていく人たちを１時間ほど見ていました。
見ていて思いましたね
私と同じようにたくさんの人を見れば
人間の悩みなんて意味が無い
それに気づくのでは？
と
理由は通り過ぎて行く人を一人一人見ていると
そこには美女もイケメンもほとんどいません
背の高い人はたまにいますが
大半は私と同じくらいの背丈です。
にも関らず
皆さん笑顔で楽しそうにスタジアムに向かって歩いて行きます。
つまり幸せになるには
特に外見に恵まれる必要は無い
って事です。
皆さん外見は普通でも
会社の面接を受けて
パートナーを見つけて
幸せに暮らしています。
にも関らず
自分の外見に自信が無いと嘆く人は
一度でも私と同じ体験をすれば
その悩みは吹っ飛ぶのでは？
って思うのです。
大体私自身とても人に自慢できるような外見ではありませんが
会社の経営もしてますし
子や孫にも恵まれて幸せに暮らしています。
そして同じように私の妻も・・・
おっと止めて置きましょうこの話は
アブナイアブナイ
とにかくこの仕事をして思うのですが
容姿に頼って生きると
最後は結構厳しい人生になりますよ。
それはアパートの入居者に
元美人だったと思われる気の強いお婆さんたちがたくさんいたのです。
若い頃はそれを武器に
男を手玉に取って来たかもしれませんが
歳を取れば単なる老人ですからね
元美人でした
なんて言っても
何の役にも立ちません。
それとトランプさんの裁判で
元愛人たちがこぞって刃を向いていますが
まあ皆さん美人ですよね。
美人だから体を売って生きて来た訳ですが
加齢と共に自分の外見的価値は落ちますからね。
売れなくなったら
過去の事を持ち出してお金を得るしかない
私はトランプのセクハラ裁判だの口止め裁判だの
登場してくる女性たちを見ると
どうしてもそんな風に穿ってしまいます。
だから思うのです
外見に恵まれてるから幸せになるとは限らないし
むしろそれに依存すると不幸になる
と
まぁそんな感じで
自分の容姿に悩んだら
上を見るのではなく
下を見たらどうでしょうかね？
私自身は
高齢者とゴルフをする機会が多いので
皆さん元気に楽しくプレーしてるのを見て
自分の外見は全く気にならなくなりましたね。
“上見て進め、下見て暮らせ”
昔の人は本当に良い言葉を残してくれた物です。
言いたい事はそれです。
While watching soccer in Golden week holiday

I don't have the kind of appearance that I'm really proud of
I manage a company.
I am blessed with children and grandchildren and are living happily together.

If you live depending on your appearance

Seeing everyone playing well and having fun
I no longer care about my appearance at all.
