lYENGAR YOGA

 
 
  
  I took a Iyengar Yoga Class in Hayama.  The instructor said  Yoga is art,  you may not have as many as crayons than others, you may take more time than others, but you may be able to draw something most beautiful.  
 
You gotta create your body.
