この布は絹ですが、張りがあるのでカパラミプの置き布として用いました。
This is a silk.
I used this as a covered cloth of kaparamip since this cloth has tension.
絹はルウンペにはよく用いられます。
しかしカパラミプでは一般的ではありません。
でも「この布なら可能かもしれない」と思いました。
Silk is often used in ruunpe.
It's not usually in kaparamip.
But I think that this cloth is possible.
この布は以前、土台布として使いました。
I used this cloth as a base cloth before.
このときはあまり苦労はしませんでした。
Then I did not have a hard time.
でも置き布となれば、細かく切ったり抉ったりします。
But in the case of a covered cloth, I should cut it finely and scoop it out.
動かさなくても織りはほどけます。
The texture comes loose even if I do not move it.
かがり終えればひと安心。
I feel relieved after hemstitch.
イカラリが終わればもっと安心。
I feel relieved more after ikarari.
中央の部分には布を置きたくなかったので、中央のスペースを大きくしました。
すると中央が寂しくなりました。
Since I did not want to put cloth at the center, I took a wide space there.
So the center part became deserted.
布を入れられないので、チヂリでシクを入れました。
I put a sik (eye) with cijiri (embroidery with only threads) since I should not put a cloth there.
弁開凧次郎さんの着物の胸部分です。
凧次郎さんの着物は、キラウの根元のイカラリに特徴があります。
This is the design from the breast part of Mr.Takojiro Benkai's amip.
His kimono is characterized by the root of ikarari.

A bookcover was completed of ainu embroidery.
ちょっとインスタ映えってのを狙ってみました。
あまり好きじゃないけど。
文庫本サイズ。
裏も絹です。
