Ultimate Koji Mapo Tofu 【Weight loss】 醤油麹で美腸麻婆豆腐
Do you like mapo tofu, but it often makes you super thirsty after you eat? Here is the solution 🙂
Not too salty or spicy, yet full of flavor!
Ingredients
SOFT TOFU 300g
GROUND MEAT 100g
ONION 1/4 (large)
SCALLION 1/4 cup
POTATO STARCH 1 tbs
*GRATED GARLIC 1 clove
*GRATED GINGER 1tsp
*MISO 1/2 tbs
*SHOYU KOJI 1/2 tbs
*RED CHILI PEPPER FLAKES 1/2 tbs
*SAKE 1 tbs
*MAPLE SYRUP 1/2 tsp
SESAME OIL 1/2 tbs
Direction
1, Cut onion into small pieces
2, Combine seasoning (*ed ingredients)
3, In low medium heat, cook onion until it is soft and lightly brown
4, Add meat (don’t move too much)
5, When about 70% of meat is cooked, add 2 and mix breaking up meat into smaller pieces
6, Add scallion and lower the heat
7, Add potato starch mixed with 2tbs of water
8, Bring the heat up again to thicken up. Stir gently. Avoid breaking tofu
