凍てつく寒さのなか、吐息も霜降り凍り付きますかのような、冬の季節がやってまいりましたが、みなさま如何お過ごしでございますでしょうか。
It has become a bitterly cold winter season. As soon as I breathe in the freezing cold, I feel my breath freeze white and becoming an icicle immediately. How did you all spend your time?
心身ともに、しみじみと寒さを感じます季節、クリスマスツリーに灯ります仄かな光は、いついかなるときも、暖かい光を灯し、一抹の希望と癒しのもとに、手を差し伸べてくださいますかのようでございます。
I feel a freezing cold, both physically and mentally. But even if it's a coldest winter and I feel like I'm freezing, the Christmas tree is lit with a faint light. It shines a warm light on everyone at all times, gives a ray of hope to enyone, it heals my heart, and reaches out to my smallest heart like an angel.
その明かりの暖かさに、
The lights of the Christmas tree are warm and give me courage.
ほんのいっとき、
The comfort of the lights of the Christmas tree is only a momentary healing.
出会えますことを、夢みまして、
Still, I dreamed of being healed by the comforting light of an angel at this very moment.
久々に、銀座（日比谷）の街を、
My friend Yoko and I took a walk through the streets of Ginza (Hibiya),
訪れてまいりました。
in search of light and solace.
大好きなカフェへ、一抹の、癒しと救いのひとときを求めまして、ふと迷い込み、
We just suddenly wandered into our favorite café in search of a moment of healing and salvation.
かわいらしい小鳥の、アンティークのお皿と、
Dream's café, there was an antique plate of a cute little bird.
セイロンティーと、
There was Ceylon tea.
ほんのひととき、
It was just a moment of comfort.
異世界に入り込んだような、その雰囲気に、
For just a moment, I felt like I was lost in a parallel world,
数ならぬ身の上にも、いっときの、ささやかな癒しを賜りまして、
And I was able to forget my sadness. I'm such a small being and I'm just so foolish,
いろいろありますなかにも、せめて、笑顔(*´ー`)で、生きていきたいと、、
But, even in a life of various sufferings, I don't want to forget at least a smile.
夜の、東京の街並みに、ほんのいっときの癒しを賜りまして、
At night, the cityscape of Tokyo seemed to heal my heart just for a moment.
ひたすら想いを、さまよわせました次第にございます。
As I wandered the streets of Tokyo at night, I remembered various sad memories.
知り合い（内田陽子）も、ひとえに、皆さまの暖かい励ましとご厚情のお心を賜りまして、
