トランプが大統領時代
プーチンの事を天才と持ち上げた事があって
今でもその発言を叩かれます。
私自身その時には
トランプは少しイカれてる
そう感じた物です。
ところが最近
プーチンは天才
私も何となくそんな気がしてきました。
誤解の無いように言って置きますが
私はプーチンを支持してる訳ではありませんよ
全く逆で早く失脚して欲しい
そう思っています。
ただ好き嫌いと能力の評価は別ですから
プーチンはかなりの能力の持ち主
そう思うようになったのです。
何でそう思うかと言えば
私は何度も書いてますが
先の事は専門家の話は外れる
これを確信しています。
経済も今回の戦争も
全く当たりません
まぁそれだけ先を読むと言う事は難しい
これも良く分かっています。
ですから
もし少しでも
予言が当たれば天才
そんな気になるのです。
もちろんプーチンもロシア軍の戦力を読み違えて
ウクライナの人たちの考えを間違えて判断した結果
今まで戦争が続いてる訳ですから
全ての予想が当たった訳ではありません。
しかし
エコノミストや軍事専門家と違い
プーチンの予測は全て外れた訳ではありません
いくつかはまさしく読み通りになってるのです。
そして最近のロシアの優勢は
まさにその読みによって達成されつつある
って感じになってきました。
具体的には
プーチンは開戦前
バイデンが壊滅的な制裁を科す
って脅した時に
経済制裁で困るのは西側だ
って言っていましたね。
そして今実際にその通りになっています。
昨年イギリスはマイナス成長
ドイツはたったの0.2％
でロシア3.6％だそうです。
少なくともこの数字だけを見れば
経済制裁で困るのは西側ってプーチンの言葉
当たってるように見えますね。
それと開戦を決断した一つの理由は
西側の結束は続かない
従がってウクライナの支援もすぐに尽きる
そう判断したと言われていますが
これもアメリカからの支援は止まりましたので
見事に的中した
って感じです。
それだけで天才と決めつけるのもどうか？
って思いますが
今回の戦争を見て来て思うのは
政治の世界の才能は
学問の世界とは違う
って事ですね。
プーチンは小さい頃からケンカ早い悪ガキだったと言われていて
KGB出身だそうですが
対峙する西側の指導者達は皆さん有名大学の出身ですが
どうも戦争になると
プーチンに比べてひ弱な感じがします。
だからどうしても戦争の先行きは心配になりますね。
私も先の事は分かりませんが
もしウクライナが負けたら
次はポーランドとかバルト三国
あるいはフィンランドが危ない
って言われてますね。
この話に疑問を呈する人がいます。
それは
ロシアはウクライナでこれだけ苦戦して疲弊してるので
もう他の国を侵略する力は無い
まぁこの話
頷く人が多いでしょうね。
ただ
そんな人は戦争の本質
これが分ってませんね。
実は戦争に限らず
ビジネスでも同じような原理があって
それを頭に入れれば
野心のある人は目的に近づけるかも知れません。
それは一口で言えば
戦争もビジネスもオセロゲームです。
具体的には
ロシアがやっとかっとウクライナに勝ったとしても
自国の兵士を５０万人も失って
もう力が残って無い
って思ったとしたら大間違いです。
ロシアが勝つと言う事は
ウクライナがロシアになるって事ですから
兵士だけで言えば
50万人失ったしても
ウクライナ兵100万人がそっくりロシア軍になりますから
更に強大になるのです。
それに加えて
西側から提供された武器もごっそり手にします。
そうなれば次のポーランドはウクライナより簡単に落とせる
その可能性が高くなるのです。
このオセロの原理があるから
昔は帝国主義が猛威を振るったのです。
この話
実は私が会社を始めた頃描いた戦略でもあります。
地元の強大な不動産が支配するこの地域で
コツコツと時間をかけて
オセロと同じように駒をひっくり返す
そんなイメージでした。
また実際に過去を振り返ると
その通りになりましたね。
そんな訳で
